Social Media Posting Software or Managing Software

As title, I run my own business and keeping up with social media is a chore, what's the best social media software? Windows based ideally so I can just type and post stuff easily from my work pc (bonus points if it will run off my phone also).

Basically I want to post an update (99.9 % of the time its a picture), and it just all magically go to ALL my social media accounts, either at the same time, or whatever the software thinks is best.

Bonus points if it will post to all my social media accounts, with easy to access subtle changes (for example auto adds in instagram hashtags - but doesn't do that on other platforms)

Any ideas? OCUK Wisdom much appreciated.

We've used SlackSocial in the past...was quite good.

Any that also support instagram? I'm a photo/video company so SlackSocial doesn't support that.

Hootsuite will post to multiple accounts and is pretty popular. I don't know whether it can add tags automatically for specific networks though.

Last place they used something called "Sprout" that linked to multiple social platforms, but never used it myself

Thanks! Starts at $59 for basic though, and want $99 a month for normal! erm nah.

Fair enough but how much does that $99 save you in terms of work over the course of a month?

At the moment I only occasionally post to Facebook and even less often instagram. My plan was to get my social media act together and start posting almost daily to see how it affects my business, as of now I guess I do v little, but, I wanted to begin doing it 'properly'.
