socket 478 intel board needed

i need a socket 478 microATX motherbaord to replace one from an emachines pc im fixing for my uncle. it needs:

to take a celeron 2.3ghz
to have on-board lan
on-board graphics
on board sound (not bothered about 5.1 etc)

also if anyone knows of a sutiable microATX powersupply, the current (broken) one is 270W. i know ** not allowed to link to competitors (even tho OcUK dont sell socket 478 boards) but if u could post the model number or something, im sure i could find it. i just havent delt with an intel system in a few years, so not sure about some stuff.
