A friend of mine has an EMachines E4064 with a socket 775 dual core processer. The problem the CPU idle's at 65 Degrees! So i've bought a Titan DC-775J925Z/R.
I came to fit it today but i noticed that the area with the pad on, is way to small for the size of the chip. Is this a problem,
I'll post the image so you can see what im on about, basically the cpu will overlap the holes on the bottom on the heatsink.
Will this work properly?
