Socket 775 MB which will work with a Dell Perc6/i raid controller (PCI-e x8)

Hi,

I am looking for a socket 775 motherboard which will run a Dell Perc 6/i (PCI-e x8 interface) with either 1 PCI-e x16 (for the Perc6) and onboard video or two PCI-e x16 and the Perc 6 will work in one.

Other requirements;
PCI x 2
DDR2 memory (2x2GB or more)
min 4 sata II, pref 6 ro more.
