Are the memory types for these two motherboards the same? My brother has a Asus P4PE.

and I have A8R32-MVP Deluxe & A8N-VM CSM, with Corsair XMS 3200 C2PT and Corsair DDR Value RAM CAS 2.5. Can I fit the Value RAM from my MATX board into the P4PE? He's got 512MB of RAM so either 1GB or 1.5GB of RAM will speed up Windows. I don't believe Intel machines slow down with three sticks?
