Hi there

I've recently aquired a 7800 gtx extreme pci-e graphics card and wish to upgrade my agp mobo to support it bearing in mind my mate might sell me his other card that was used in SLi with the aforementioned.

I'll be needing a Socket 939 board that has good voltage / overclocking options and can also do SLi - is the DFi Ultra D still the board to go for as I've looked at an EpOX 9NPA+ and it looks good.

Cheers,
ghgh

I've only ever use GigaByte K8N Pro Sli and the Asus A8N32 SLI

I've found both to be very good for what you described, but I'm sure there are better boards

Thanks, I dont suppose you remember the max vcore & vdimm available on the asus A8N?

I think the DFI Ultra-D is still the best Clocking 939 around. Voltage options that wipe the floor with anything else. Once you get your head around the memory options, it will get the best out of any good ram. By good ram i mean not generic or value ram. If you wan't to go SLI latter, it's just a question of a quick pencil mod on the northbridge and your ready to go.
