I just opened up my drawer to reveal 3 pairs of new socks, i am now quite happy by the aspect of new socks! little things eh!

How many other people get excited by socks then?

I can't believe you get excited by socks! being a mum to five children I hate socks, matching them up find the right owners etc.. and now my daughters nick mine all the time.
In fact the other day my son and I were playing and even he commented on the fact that I had matching socks on, as it is so rare!

As for the original topic, meh. I'm trying to broaden my horizons a little in some indeterminate way, so socks are straight out the window for topics. Its a nice nothing topic though, which isn't very scary.

As for a Mum of five, 1 shocked you like to post on this site, its almost a bit pervy as I think I am talking to a lot of computer geeks like myself; 2 haven't you got better things to do. Incidentally I believe I *should* too, refer back to my indeterminate statement earlier.:o
 
Lots of the people posting in GD aren't computer geeks. Anyway, you think it's weird, she's my mum! :o

But it's lost it's weirdness now I've got used to it. :p

It's weird that your socks are odd. Your Mum told me :p

/edit - In fairness, even with new socks, I rarely wear them in pairs :p

i've managed to get myself into a horrible vicious circle with my socks i never get to wear matching socks even though i still have both of a pair. basically one of socks to a pair is being washed so have to wear odd so when its been washed and dryed its brother will be getting washed if you get what i'm saying.
