Sodimm 533mhz

my mate has a dell inspiron 1300 laptop
with 256 unbuffered sodimm 533mhz lol
can i put in for him any other stick e.g. 256, 512, 1 gb etc

Have you opened up the memory panel to see if there's a free slot? You should have no problem replacing the existing memory or slapping some more in if there's an empty slot.

yes there is an empty slot

They used to but I can't find any on the site anymore.
