I thought i'd have a blast from the past and install sof2 again, as i aint played it for yrs.
For some reason the game looks screwed up
Have a look

Whats causing this ?
Is there a fix for this ?
My spec is in sig using 84.21 gfx drivers

ive installed the gold update, its still the same.
single player mode works fine, just get the problems with multiplayer

If you are on a custom map it looks like you dont have the textures, try setting allow downloads to yes.

I reinstalled that recently.. can't play on anti cheat servers as my cd key is apparently invalid
Still good fun. I love infiltration on the Raven Offices map. Great stuff. Can't beat finca either for infil.

I have the same problem with Cs 1.6. According to valve, sierra didn't think about online so did duplicate CD keys.. now you have to pay $20 and send it to the us to get a replacement. I just got my mates copy though Sierra are ***** :/

Looks to me very much like textures aren't present. Are you sure you have done a full install of the game from CD with all files getting transferred over not corrupted etc?

Ive just copyed over the textures.pk3 file from off the CD and all seem fine now
How many addons are there now for sof2, every server i try to join needs to dl addon's all @ 5kb/sec

But the games worth it.... or at least it used to be
