I'm bored of my missus stealing my pc to play Fortnite

What gpu would be best for this to run on a 43 inch 4K tv? Or apu? It obviously doesn't have to be ran at 4K because well, I'm not made of money

Looks like you can get away with something pretty modest if you're prepared to upscale, what kind of budget do you have?

I've got a small ITX gaming pc for use with the TV and some sofa gaming. Running a GTX1660 Super and it performs really well at 1440p. My TV is 120hz with Gsync too and it'll play most games at medium/high with decent frame rates. Some older games are fine at 4k also, but playing from a distance it doesn't seem too noticeable being at 1440p.

Depends on your expectations really, I use a 6700XT for mine as I want to run native 4K at higher fps for mine, but if you are saying a used PS4 is actually an option then your expectations are probably not that high, so something like an RX580 or a GTX1660, 1650 Super. I would recommend the RX580 really though, the 8GB of VRAM is starting to show it's value I think (obviously this is used, if you wanted to buy new, I wouldn't really recommend anything lower end than an RX6600 as I don't think the value is really there).
