Question for those in the know (my knowledge is very lacking in DIY etc)
our neighbour decided to repaint his soffits, first by stripping off the loose paint bits (fair enough), then to my horror used an electric sander to sand down (how far I'm not sure) before painting
considering this is a 1970s house, and the Soffits I'm pretty certain (99%) are Asbestos Concrete - is this something I should report ?
best bet I suppose it to just mask up and hose the ground etc outside our house to be sure ?
