Soft close hinge adjustment

I have these hinges and i wondered if there is any adjustment in them at all? I've taken one off but i can't see anything that looks like it should move for adjustment. I didn't want to start trying to force the plastic bit incase it broke and knackered the hinge.

Looks like the adjuster or slow close mechanism might be the bit I've put an arrow towards, but it looks like it's already on full and doesn't look in great condition.

In which case it's probably just broken (spring snapped or come off) and a new one is £5. You'd need to double check the spec but it visually looks like this one:

Does that just push all the way towards the hinge then? (the pic I posted is of one that does actually work).
