Hay, i got a bit of a funny question. I do Karate 2 times a week and have done for about 6 years. i recently took a few months off and got out of the swing of things, i went back the other day, and after/during training i got these blood blisters which were quite painful, i sometimes get them not all the time though.
I was wondering if there is anything i can do to harden my feet up and reduce the risk of getting these painful blisters again??
Note: we are not allowed nor do I prefer training shoes.
Has Anyone got ANY Suggestion ??????
