If you have the cash for all the fittings you could do a mixture of soft -tubing to hard tubing, but it would require a bunch of connector fittings with male/female ends. so you use the soft tubing on the bend and straight hardline pieces on the
straight runs
there used to be these clip on thingies that were designed to stop tubing kinking by forming a neat 90 degree bend. Never really saw the point as a 0- degree is not an issue unless really tight but the clip on's were a good 5" long so not a hard bend at all.
Also there were the spirals that wrapped around tubing that looked awful in most build. Again to stop kinks but most people never needed them.
