I've got myself a Wii on pre-order and noticed that they don't have a wired port for net connection it has to be done via WiFi.
Now personally i don't use WiFi prefer my hardwired net since i game a lot etc, currently have NTL cable modem running into 1 network card in my PC then i have another cable running out that goes into a 4 port hub which has the familys downstairs PC connected to it and my Xbox360.
I don't want to go out and spend £40-50 to behonest when i have a WiFi card that came with this Asus M/board, and considering the only things that will use the WiFi is the Wii and possibly my PSP (though hardly play the thing)
I'm guessing from the guide stickyed at the top i can use this WiFi card i got with my m/board and turn it into a software access point? if so what are the limitations ? is it going to hinder my Wii's online gaming and transfer speeds?
