Chaps,

I'm sure most will use software for managing dual monitors. Is it possible to manage a couple of Chrome sessions so it remembers one session is on one monitor and the other, the other? I also want Spotify to open on a certain monitor each time.

Can someone recommend some software?

Thanks,

displayFusion allows you to launch on the monitor that you click from, not sure about sessions within chrome though - I'm on my work laptop so can't check easily atm

have you thought about using say Firefox for Spotify only and then it'll be set to open that specific window. Might also make it easier to find too as avoids having to find which window it's in if you need to quickly pause etc.

Good shout that, can I configure Windows to just open the specific windows on the relevant monitor?

It was more making sure the window opened on the specific monitor rather than the primary everytime.

Pretty sure W10 is very good at that anyway, I run dual screens and if I open Fusion360 for example, it'll fire up on my left screen where I want it, where the right screen is the primary one.

if you shut down monitors independantly ie pull hdmi lead to tv. windows often seems to loose the windows on the switched off display, and not move them onto remaining monitor.
