software for OC'ing GFX card whilst monitoring temps?

Can anyone suggest a good piece of software for stress testing a graphics care while monitoring it's temps?

I am thinking about volt moding my 7900GT as it is water cooled but I have no idea what temp it is running at when stressed!!

atitool does this, it sits in the taskbar and shows the gpu temp.

riva tuner is my favourite for nvidia

oops, sorry no stress test on this, it will make a log of temps, voltage, core/memory speed tho so you can run 3D mark at the same time
