software for playing videos on desktop background?

as the tittle says, is there any software that would let me play videos on the desktop background? (like a video "wallpaper")

You on Vista? There's an app MS wrote for Vista that does this.

It's an extra only for vista ultimate.

It's installed as part of Windows Updates. Try a guide, it's old, but it should still be the same method.

You're looking for Dreamscene update. Look up Vista Extras in the start menu.
