Hi all,
Does anyone know of a bit of software that will scan a document to PDF format, then automatically put it into the correct path in the filesystem? Something like this:
1) Load up software
2) Click "Scan"
3) Software prompts user for a sorting code
4) Document is scanned to PDF
5) Software puts PDF into the filepath like this:
c:\PDFs\[sorting code]\[year]\[month]\[todays date].pdf
Does such software exist? The scanner that will be used comes with Nuance Paperport 9 Pro which looks good, but doesn't allow for the automatic moving of the files into the filepath as above.
Any thoughts? Am I going to have to delve into C# and write something from scratch? :S
