Software for syncing a flash drive with my PC.

Is there any software available that I could use to sync my Kingston 2GB flash drive with my PC? Specifically I'd like to sync certain files and folders so when I'm working off the laptop and save to the flash drive I can then add the new data to the main PC when I get in.

Any ideas?
