Hello all,
I'm looking to sell a new Excel dashboard that I've created under a licensing agreement with a monthly / yearly cost, rather than just selling the dashboard as an end product. I have no idea about how to create the licensing agreement, so have been looking at this sort of off the shelf product:

Can any of you recommend anything like this, or if you know of a better way?
