Software not installing (Rolling back)

I have been trying to install pccillin on my pc for sometime now but for some stupid reason it refuses to install. it keeps on saying rolling back software and then back to square one. No antivirus oin my pc. Whats wrong.

Sounds like a required service is stopped, disabled or missing or something along those lines. What version of windows installer do you have? Finally, get avast! and stick that on it instead
