Software or hardware problem

Hi guys im not sure if my problem is software related or hardware. Heres my problem my laptop keeps crashing when using browsers etc and comes up with the following error.

Acess violation at address 00C44BD7F in module Flash101.ocx
Any ideas of whats going wrong and how i could fix this?

Have you got the latest version of flash, latest grapihcs drivers etc? I'd also try running memtest86+ for a few hours to see if it finds any errors with your memory.

I would try booting a live Linux CD (say Ubuntu). Use this for a while, if you still get the error, then it's not a Windows issue so will be a hardware problem. If you don't get the error, then it suggests a software issue.
