Software overclocking

Is it possible to overclock inside windows? My bios has no options to change any settings (yeah i know i know... yes it a dell).

Its a quad core.

o/cing within windows is not advisable, sorry i cannot be of more help

Of course you can overclock through windows, but you get better results in the BIOS as there is more control - seems you don't have that option though.
