Had this issue (if you'd call it that) ever since I've had my PC, after re-formatting a few times in the time I've had this pc, the problem has always persisted.

Basically windows 7 ALWAYS says in "Solve PC issues", "Install your video card driver". It's a small thing, as the pc seems to be running OK.

Anyone else have this? Currently got a 5850.
