Is such a thing available?

Basically i've installed a bandwidth monitor on each of our networked PC's (3 of) and i've limited each pc to 25% of bandwidth with mine being 50% but when i'm playing CS or similar my ping will shoot right up even if they are looking at web pages, is there anything I can use to prevent this?

Not without installing it at a central point.

How do you mean, like a dedicated box or a machine on the network (ie mine)

Edit: or do you mean a box that has internet sharing for all the other pc's before it reaches the router?

With some routers you get the feature inbuilt but expect to pay a bit for it or have to install a 3rd party firmware (tomato on a WRT54G- for example)...
