Not sure if this is the right place, but can anyone recommend any software for my mac, or pc, to act as a display type board showing scores of teams?
Essentially its for a school quiz and they wants the scores to be updated on the fly and wondered if something exists to do this? could mirror my laptop screen or can ahve it on another display, whats the easiest, if there is one way. cheers
 
I could write you a quick app that would do that in about 15 minutes if you like (for XP). It would output to a window on your desktop so you can either plug in a projector or simply have the laptop screen pointing the right way.

I'll have a crack at it this evening and post a link up here for you.

I take it you want to be able to enter team names, team scores, team members.
 
That sounds brilliant thank you.
And yeah would love to have all that info on screen, if not just for the top3, top 10 or any more would be fantastic though.

I'll do my best, I might not be able to get everything into the program that I want as I'm going to a gig later tonight but I'll give it a go.
