Software to check if its working?

So after building your computer what kind of software should i download to check everything is working from the motherboard to the GPU etc? Thanks

You could start with CPU-Z, GPU-Z and HWMonitor. And use other recommended utilities to double-check.

Or did you mean for stress-testing?

if you mean stress testing:
occt
prime95
memtest86+
Furmark
Valley
and most of them games!!!!

is important monitoring the temps, or it will overheat and you dont want that( use the software above to make this)
