Software to check pc performance

I have a new cpu arrived & also expect to do some mild OC over the coming weeks. What software would the group receommend to both benchmark the computer perforamance & also some mild stress tests?

Cinebench, Asus realbench, for nice quick tests superpi 1M
Not a fan of extreme stuff like Prime95 myself
Throw a load of the stuff you will actually do on the pc at it is my usual stress test
Convert some videos etc

I'm really going off Asus. Buying all on brand, I'd have expected everything to work, but the Asus software is awful. I've got a big handful of Asus apps running in my systray, the Fan Xpert software is dodgy using all on-brand kit & Realbench won't run. Bah!

Can also try video encoding with handbrake
Though if high core cpu may have to run 2 instances of it at once as beyond 6 or 8 cores it has diminishing returns

I found Asus software better than my current gigabyte lol
Not sure why realbench won't run tried it as admin?

Plenty others to try so sometimes not worth the time trying to make it work

Yup, I'm getting a bit fed up with Asus software having to give everything a kick to make it work.

I did notice that the last update for the Asus bench was 2016. It must be pretty well perfect!
