Software to check temps on laptop GPU

Hi guys,
I am using speedfan to check temps on the HDD and CPU however it does not report the GPU temp.
The GPU is a nVidia GeForce Go 6200 chip and its on a Sony Vaio laptop.

Would RivaTuner work? only the nVidia drivers that are installed do not have an option to check the temperature.

I use GPU-Z on my laptop, try that.

Another one that might work is Everest.
