Software to convert a podcast into text??

Hey, I have a podcast which I need to convert into text. I tried using Microsoft's own speech recognition however, you need to configure the recognition to your voice, and since the postcast is a recording of another guy, it doesn't work.

Anyone know of any software which can do this or any other alternatives?

well i have managed to convert the podcast which was a wmv into an mp3, then converted that into a specific output of wav. I now have "Wave to Text" running, and it is working, i am able to see the text and most of it flows. The only problem though is that it takes ages, in the help section of the program it says an hour podcast can take 4 hours to convert! Looks like persistance has paid off so far.............
