Software to convert xvid/divx to WMA

As I cant get my 360 to stream them, I have tried everything, that I can find but it dones not work for me.

So this would be the next step.

tired Transcode 360 before and triversity (if I have spelt it right)

May seem obvious but you are using a Media Centre PC arn't you and not just XP/Vista without Media Centre

Im using Vista Ultimate 64. It has WMC built in doesnt it.
