Software to keep track of net usage

Can anyone recommend a piece of free software to keep track of how much my computer is downloading/uploading the net?

Checked out the sticky but could see anything to help.

You could also use this feature in Tomato/DD-WRT firmwares, if you have a router that supports them...

Iam using DUmeter...works great but doesnt work on OSX

Anyone know of one that works on both win7 and OSX?

Networx Great bit of software. and if you have more than one PC you can install it on each one and they sync with each other to show the total.
