Hi There,

I was wondering if anyone had any software suggestions for managing multiple sites details? Currently im using excel sheets etc, but im sure htere must be a better way of doing things.

I service quite a few businesses and keep track of each machine, who's curently using it, its Name, what software is installed, and what the license keys are for said software, specs etc

I also do the same for their servers, network equipment, and domains along with any other peripherals such as printers etc.

Is there any software out there that can make this neater and more centralised? so if i wanted to print off a booklet for the customer with network maps machines etc then its a click away?

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Put Spiceworks in a couple of months ago mainly just for a helpdesk/ticket system.

Got to say I'm impressed, especially to say it's free.

I tried spiceworks a while back, was a bit too messy, i liked it and used it to monitor servers for awhile, but found that nagios was better and simpler to operate. although Spiceworks may have changed since i last used it, might have another gander.
