Software to monitor FPS ingame

I was wondering what software was best to show how much FPS is currently running during gaming, without it requiring too many resources at the same time.

just testing a few things, also gunna compare this monitor to another tomorrow...Seems abit laggy on fast movement, but might be my GPU, hence the FPS monitoring

Personally i much prefer Afterburner. FAPS ocasionally caused framerate issues when recording for me whereas i haven't had that problem with Afterburner

And records gameplay and takes screenshot as well.

temps are ok, but frams in Crysis 2 are around 42-57....meh

I would consider 42-57 to be very good for Crysis 2 with a 768mb 460
