Software To Remove Programs

Basically my dad uninstalled Microsoft antis spyware on hes pc to make way for Ad-aware.

Basically when ad-aware scans it gets stuck on whats left of the Microsoft program.

I have gone into the file and tried to delete it all but the quarentine files to not go and thats were it gets stuck.

is there a program which propely removes these?

reinstall AS and uninstall again. BTW there's no harm in having both

C-Cleaner is what i use. Link at foot of post.
I would also use Spybot search and Destroy ( linky http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ ) rather than Ad Aware for the mo as i have read a few strange probs with Ad-Aware lately.
Another must have prog is Ewido (linky http://www.ewido.net/en/ )
Be aware that C-Cleaner is aggressive so run through the first clean slowly and read all.

yea i currently have all of them installed :S

But just trying to totally get rid of MAS
