Software to test everything is running well?

I'm just wondering what piece of software I could run to stress my PC and make sure it's all running well.

I remember years ago using the 3d mark software but I'm not sure if this is still ideal.

Specs:

E6750 2.66GHz
4GB DDR2
5770 1GB
