This is ridiculous, I’ve just purchased a driving theory aid "Driving Test" and upon install I get this:

This software is not counterfeit. I imagine Daemon tools or something is the root of my concern, but what should I do? Is there any software out there which hides virtual drives?

Simply unmounting Daemon and shutting it down doesn’t work, any advice?

Thanks

YASU didn't work unfortunately, I may have some other virtual drive software installed (never use anything but Daemon) but I can't remember. I might go on an uninstalling rampage.

Any more suggestions?

Daemon 4.08HE and I just downloaded the latest YASU.

I am absolutely fuming, I find this completely bizarre. I can't even find a phone number to verbally assault them.

I wish I knew more about virtual drives.

If I create a new account on XP and install it on that would that work (as a last resort).

Yeah I guess so. If it is Daemon though, wouldn't YASU have dealt with it? It says in the readme YASU is built specifically for Daemon.

If by the end of the day I have nothing ill give that a shot. Thanks pal.

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated :)

This is flippin loopy!

Just thought I would let you know, cause I thought it was funny. After I mailed their support team, they sent me to a public page on their site with a 45mb fix. I'm still downloading it, but apparently there are no counterfeit issues after installing. So they offer an official crack for their own protection software!
