So if anyone pays attention to PVoutput you may notice my generation was down for a few months. I had some issues whereby nothing wanted to generate more than about 10kW regardless of how much was going to grid.
I initially blamed the PW3. Tesla support took ages to look into it, then told me to contact my installer, who didn't even respond to me.
I eventually decided it could be the solax inverter, I wanted it replaced with a hybrid anyway to add more battery (and because a 6kW inverter clipped on 9kWp of panels).
So this week I fitted a Solis 8kW Hybrid in it's place. No batteries yet, but at some point will add some fogstars. (also Solis is supported by Axle.....)
Very happy with the local MQTT from the inverter, and the website that integrates with the Tigo account.
In replacing it, I found that the live tail in the gateway between the 100A switch to the solar and the gateway itself was really loose, and now I think it was some sort of self protection preventing it from reaching the generation I expected!!
119kWh yesterday
