Solar panel production figures

1.5kWh more generated than yesterday, this system was only commissioned late last year so I dont actually know what the full peak capability is, but the shading from the trees on the West side really do kill the generation rather rapidly :(

12.1kWh East, 14.8kWh West
0.5kWh import
10.2kWh export

Running predbat on Octopus Agile, so occasionally it decides to use the grid for the cheapest slots...

There are some amazing numbers being generated here. Summer is going to be interesting for the first full year of m6 system.

Third record breaking day in a row

SolarEdge: 25.3 kWh
Garage: 22.22 kWh
North west roof: 22.11 kWh
House rear wall: 7.92 kWh
Peak power was 10.67 kW at 13:55

Total generated yesterday: 77.55 kWh
Total exported yesterday: 78.75 kWh
Total imported yesterday: 32.92 kWh

As I've previously explained the high peaks come when the sun comes out from behind the clouds, and if there is clouds it's not going to be good for overall generation. Long clear days is good for overall generation, but you don't get high peaks, panels generate more when they're cold, in constant sun they get hot. High peaks are nice to see, but it's constant generation that really matters, and as the days get longer we generate more, especially days without clouds.

@devil84

My highest peak was at 13:28 on 26 June last year, that was 15.11kW from an array of 15.353 kWp, but that days generation was only 59 kWh generating from 5am to around 9pm, but was a very choppy day, and hence clearly a cloudy day with sunny intervals. The below graph is at 5 minute intervals, so you don't see the high peak, but my system monitors this every second, and compares to see if its the highest of the day.

Contrast that to 11th June last year, a perfect day and my highest ever generation of 85.19 kWh, but looking at the charts the peak generation was around 10.6kW at around 13:55, it wouldn't be fluctuating much as the sun is constant.

Edit: Bizarrely just noticed the date is a day ahead, the date selected and under the graph is correct, weird.
