Solar panel production figures

12mths my new 1.6kw panels have been up on the ground mount and they have produced 1.2mwh of solar production.
That's good going considering you're dealing with clipping on the 3.6kW inverter too.

Funnily enough we just passed the annual PVGIS prediction yesterday on the NW facing panels. Not too bad considering the rubbish weather and its only from 11th January to 19th October. The prediction was for 2822kWh a year from the 4.62kWh of panels - or about 65% of the SE panels if they were both the same size arrays. They only need to do about 2kWh a day on average over the rest of the year to hit 3000kWh - or about 70% of SE panels annually. Much better than expected.

Yeh will be good when the 6kw inverter is fitted. Will still be thwarted by 4.6 export though

Hopefully enough exported today along with the 8kWh of free electric should be enough for another negative day.
