I was hoping someone would bite and point out panels do not generate at 2am at night

Was ready to reply with don't say that. The guy who sold me these panels assured me they generate 24 hours a day and peak generate in winter

They only generate 24 hours a day if there's a full moon and clear skies

Similar was just over 60 kWh at 2 pm, full cloud since.
