Solar panels and battery - any real world reccomendations?

My only concern is do these have a shelf life? like having to replace them every now and then.

I mean if my house burns down I have insurance, and an awesome chance to get a new house built! :D

They do have a shelf life, check are just to check they still contain the pressure to function, almost certainly will be fine

Ha! they all have some sort of shelf life1,2, 3years then the need refilling/checking over.
If it burns down at least you can show you tried to put it out lol ;)

I always consider this is kind of what insurance is for, if you don't wire stuff up dangerously on purpose, should be fine. House fires can/do happen and solar increases that risk a bit is all, but if installed by a pro team then that should be fine as well.

I get the early morning 5am and the late evening 9pm in the summer, I think pure south is more 7am to 6pm no?
I know during the summer/autumn i was checking the roof late in the evenings and i was still get full sun at around 8pm……no shading at all, but never checked in the mornings. So will do that when we get closer to spring.

i cant post pictures, otherwise i would post up todays power curve.

Pretty much pure south here and had a trickle of generation in July from 4.30 to 21.30. The good old days.
