Solarwinds RMM & MSP alternative

Hi

Can anyone suggest an alternative to Solarwinds RMM & MSP?

Ideally it would be an all in one integrated system hosted in the cloud that would allow us to have a company helpdesk for our external customers to raise support tickets and also be able to monitor customers servers especially HP, Dell and Fujitsu

Connectwise or Autotask are the logical options for a company at the similar MSP scale of N-Central/N-Able. I've used all three and all three are roughly similar. I preferred N-Central personally.
