Sold ps4 now need to join the master race with £750

I have a monitor, keyboard and mouse but need a OS
I play bf4 and it would be nice if I could run it better than my ps4 did

I also would like to play wow but surely anything can play that. Any help would be greatly received, it's been 10+ years since I last built a pc but surely not much has changed?

Is intel the processor to go with these days? When I last knocked up a pc it was amd that every gamer went for.

Many thanks, I think the intel build looks very nice and the more I read about the i5 the better it seems over the amd.
