Soldier of fortune best alternative

OK, i am old school and want to play SOF on my MAC, except i can't because it will not run on anything after leopard, or so i believe. Dont like emulators either.
So i am looking for the best alternative, it want to be just a straight forward game like SOF

WOW Soldier of Fortune brings back some memories. FEAR is a great shout...as is frankly the new DOOM.

Yep- fear is a great shout, just replayed it the other month and it reminded me why I struggle to play new single player FPS nowadays. Although there aren't many different enemies they just seem so much smarter than in new single player games plus the weapons are just so satisfying......love that shotty!

Oops - unfortunatly it was never released for Mac.

Probably a wrong question to ask in a PC Games forum. "Yeah there is this game, there is that game, there is this game.....oh none were ever released on a Mac"

Honestly, do your self a huge favour and dual boot your Mac, my wife is Mac mad but even she admits to play anything she has to dual boot into Windows on her Macbook Pro's to play games away from her PC.

You'll save your self a lot of headaches and get a much larger library to play with.

I hate to admit, as I do detest Apple products, but Mac does have it's functions in certain tech paths.
