Looks ace, i love retro style 2D games, they are always more fun. 2D > 3D in terms of gameplay and replay factor. I will be getting this when its down to about £12/£16. as i have spent £80 on games this month and im taking an oath not to buy any more untill Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Wii Zapper, Wii fit is out. I think im spending too much on games.

Been looking forward to this for weeks and weeks :) Hopefully the price will come down but it's the sort've game I'd tend to invest loadsa time in anyway :) (Will likely be getting the PSN version though, so a bit more waiting for me methinks :))

a lot of people said that :(

I think that that is probably due to the fact that i bought all these high budget games for less this year:

Tackmania United
STALKER
The Orange Box
CoD4
Crysis

and could have had many others like Bioshock, Enemy Teritory, Supreme Commander etc etc. for less also.

If this was on Steam for £10-£12 then i would almost certainly pick it up. Just seems to steep for something that gives the impression of a game built for PSN/Live Arcade.

Graphically its very nice , but i want better weapons i like some of the explosions from other ship bombs though ... The intro voice is retarded and although it has cutscenes they arn't that great ! . Soundtrack could've been better , i expect harder music like rtype style! :D. Is this a £25 game? , well no it's more of a £15 game

I died on the second level it was too fustrating so i'll try again tomorrow!

I was considering it, but as you pay extra for the fancy packing and serial number I changed my mind. Happy with the packaging? I know you buy games for the game itself normally :)
