Solid quiet case

Hi guys,

Im looking for a decent quality quiet case. Solid sides as its sat on the floor so no interest in a side panel or LEDs etc. I have a old Frantal case and bought a Antec 34 eSports and its too tall so looking for a replacement. Doing a bit of reseach he pure base 500 looks decent:

Anything you would go for as an alternative?

For the money the pure base is a solid option just add another 120mm at the front.

Fractal Design Define S is another similar case.

Thanks mate, thats the two I was looking at. I gather not much in them really, just personal preferance?

Very similar go for the one you like.

Both cases have 140mm installed at the front not 120mm though it can take 120mm so another 140mm fan i would be adding.

I've got a pure base 600 (needed optical) and I'm going to be honest, it's not actually that much different noise wise to my old non 'silent' fractal if 'silence' is your reason for picking it. Using bequiet fans (and their 360 aio) and I can still hear the fans even on the lowest speeds so I'm not going to say the 'sound proofing' is that great but the case in general is pretty solid, except for the plastic tabs on the 'top vent cover', one of my tabs broke while trying to remove it.
