Hi all

Recently moved into a new flat, we have an RJ11 socket in the living room for our broadband connectivity and we also have another in the bedroom.

I want to get my Raspberry Pi hooked up to a TV in the bedroom. My Pi is used for streaming movies and videos from the Server in the living room. Normally I'd just hook this up to the router and be done with it, however the misses wouldn't like cables running through the flat and we're not allowed to drill through any walls either :(

I need this to be a wired connection due to the quality of video I'll be streaming (and I hate waiting for things to load too).

Is there anyway I could utilise the RJ11 socket in the bedroom to form a connection to the living room router?

Thanks guys, completed forgot about Homeplugs :)

Do Gigabit homeplugs exist, and if so are there any you would recommend?
