The wife may kill me.

So just had a media wall built and i was supposed to tell the builder to make a slot out for a sound bar - i kinda forgot this and now its not an option as its too late and the plaster is coming first thing tomorrow morning.

To be honest i only wanted it as an upgrade to the tvs sound already ( Samsung QE55Q7AM ) as it was just ok.

So now i need to find a solution to upgrading the sound via a hidden ( behind the couch ) solution that connects via blue tooth.

I did have the idea of just adding a blue tooth sub and using the tv speakers and the new sub but it seems you cannot run both at the same time?

Any thoughts on a stealth audio upgrade that can be hidden?

Thanks, any advice welcomed

Invisible speakers that are hidden away behind the couch? Don't waste your money.

because wife.

Anything would do yes, im after suggestions if possible.

Seems odd i cannot just use the tv speakers and a bluetooth sub no?

TV speakers are trash. A subwoofer won't fix the poor sound.

Look into something like this as a minimum

Or get divorced.

Either put up with the TV speakers, or explain to your missus that whilst she can have her own way for 90% of the house that you’re going to insist that you have some say in at least one area.
This is all about “management of expectations”.

Is the TV gonna be wall mounted or on a stand?
