Solutions for extra USB header on Motherboard

I have two devices that need a USB header on the motherboard - my Corsair AIO and a Bluetooth/Wifi card (BT part is connected via USB).

I do have a USB3 header spare and have looked for an adapter but not had much luck, while there seems to be plenty the other way around.

Any suggestions?

I'd be surprised as most motherboards have several USB 2.0 headers, but if not then something like the below internal USB hub should work:

USB headers usually support two ports. With a bit of pin swapping, you should be able to connect both devices (assuming they do only need a single connection each).

I actually found an adapter in the end, but this is a much nicer solution!
